Our Team
Dr. Jean-Jacques PONCIANO
Dr. Jean-Jacques Ponciano received his PhD in computer science in 2019. He is a researcher in artificial intelligence, specializing in 3D point cloud processing. He is the author of more than 14 scientific works published in international conferences and journals.
Dr. Florent POUX
Dr. Florent Poux was awarded the 2019 European Prize for the best thesis in GeoSpatial Data Science (GeoInformation). Winner of the prestigious Jack Dangermond Award 2019, he is specialized in point cloud extraction from terrestrial laser scanners, MLS, Lidar and SFM / photogrammetric reconstructions. He is the author of more than 20 scientific works published in international conferences and journals.
Jean SOMPAYRAC
With a wealth of experience, he has managed a surveyor's office in Toulouse with 18 employees and has been involved in boundary marking, subdivision, project management and 3D surveys, such as the exterior and interior buildings of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Paris and the Théâtre du Capitole in Toulouse. He has also done forensic surveys (AZF, assassination of the Rwandan president Kigali) as well as 3D modelling. More specifically, he has modelled buildings from scans, simulated trajectories and created films. He was one of the first to acquire a 3D scanner in France.
Valentin BLIND
With more than 10 years of experience in IT project development, he has been able to design, build and deploy numerous applications from scratch and in different technologies.
